Stalwartz Nutraceuticals LLP (“Stalwartz Nutraceuticals”, “we”, ”us”) will do our best to provide our products to you in a timely manner. Our policy with regard to shipping, delivery, returns and cancellations is listed below.
Pricing Policy

All prices listed on CoreKardia.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
CoreKardia™ is currently sold at a maximum retail price (MRP) of ₹1,499 per bottle (30 capsules). Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during the checkout process.
We offer occasional discounts or promotions, which are transparently applied and reflected before final payment. The customer will never be charged more than the amount shown on the final payment page.
CoreKardia reserves the right to revise pricing or promotional offers at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on the website in real time.
Shipping & Delivery

Stalwartz Nutraceuticals will ensure that your order is processed and safely delivered. Stalwartz Nutraceuticals will aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Delivery timelines may be impacted based on Covid-19 advisories issued by the government.
Orders will be dispatched through reputable courier services available in India.
Delivery to areas not covered by courier services will take place using the services of the Indian Postal Service. Delivery through the Indian Postal Service may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
Unless otherwise specified, CoreKardia.com will ship all products free of cost. In the event that shipping charges are applicable, they will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
Products will be shipped only within India.

Returns, Replacements & Refund

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 2 business days of receipt of the package. You can inform us by writing to us at info@coreKardia.com or calling us on +91 7011548363 between 11 AM and 5 PM, on business days.
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects. Return requests will be validated over the phone by Stalwartz Nutraceuticals and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via a confirmation email.
The product (s) should be returned within 7 working days of receiving the confirmation email.
On receipt of the returned product, Stalwartz Nutraceuticals will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.
Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to not be eligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product (s).
Refund cheques will be made in the registered name of the customer only.
You will be updated throughout the return process at the following stages:
A validation call/email/sms on receipt of the return request
Instructions via a confirmation email following the validation call
Confirmation of receipt of the returned product
Update on inspection and validation of the claim within 7 business days of receipt of the product
As all products offered by Stalwartz Nutraceuticals are nutritional products for ingestion, products once opened will not be eligible for replacement or a refund. The onus of evaluating suitability of a product for a particular lifestyle, state of health or dietary preference lies entirely with you. We strongly urge you to go through the information relating to product ingredients and known potential allergen warnings that are listed on individual product pages as well as in the FAQs section.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be possible provided an order has not been shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
